In the first 10 minutes on my dog he adjusted it 24 times and he hasn't barked or even whimpered in that time. I put him on sound just to hear when he decides to correct himself and it worked as he snorted, yawned and lay down. I have a blue raccoon with neck skin hanging down so maybe this is confusing the device but I am very disappointed as even the $20 collars didn't fix half of what was wrong here. I feel like if I could change the sensitivity the problem would be solved. I just feel terrible putting something on my dog that corrects him for things like yawning and licking me. I felt so bad about the wrong corrections that I couldn't even stand it for an hour. Very disappointing. The app is great, but it also records any incorrect corrections as barking, so I can't trust that either. Again, if there was a way to lower the sensitivity I feel I wouldn't have a problem. Even when I set it to correction for just AFTER five recorded barks, it still frequently corrected things like lying down, yawning, licking, and intense sniffing. If a support person could contact me and maybe help me with the settings that would be great because with the frequency of crashes I feel like I'm doing something wrong.
