For my 5'9 " height the angle doesn't fit

the tool would be great if it could fit the floor. the angle is fixed for a very very small person. If it were adjustable , then the tool could fit the floor and would be excellent. Since the tool rests on the front bristles and the back bristles face up, the suction is very weak unless you bend over to touch the floor with everyone the bristles, otherwise it appears to be of good quality.
