I am very disappointed in this purchase. This was intended both as a birthday present for my daughter and as a Christmas present to start her clinic. I especially liked the part where she set the clock for the first time and it just stopped working. I take some blame for not reading and/or listening to feedback from others who have had similar experiences. I would STRONGLY urge Revain to sever their relationship with this manufacturer as they are clearly not a reliable product supplier or even remotely concerned about quality. Given the nature of my frustration and the urgency of the need for a replacement I have not bothered to request a replacement and given my utter embarrassment at the whole matter I will simply request a refund of my purchase and never bother again from the manufacturer.
