When you get this tool, you can find out how to assemble and use it yourself. There are no instructions on how to fit the pieces together and I had to consult the product description online to figure out which tool to use on which surface. I bought this because I had deep sap stains on my carpet and cleaning the logs with Resolve didn't remove them. But the combination of Resolve and a steam cleaner got rid of the stains. It would be helpful if the manufacturer or distributor of the instrument could get someone native English speaking to rewrite the manual. Here's an example of what is now: "When the green light first comes on, the vapor is ready. It usually takes 5-6 minutes [sic]. The last time depends on how much water you put in." Not every instrument invites you to dance!
