Review on 📞 Advanced Underground Telephone with Multi-Function Tracking by Brian Krump

I have been laying network cables of different capacities for many years. I don't want to brag, but I'm really good at terminating cables and never thought these kinds of testers were important. I had a simple tone tester to select the correct cable from the bundle and that was it. Fast forward to a recent multi-room commercial project at my retail store. I've encountered situations where connectors, patch panels, and spade lugs just didn't fit together properly. I ordered this tester and received it the next day. It had everything I needed and was very easy to use. When I first used a continuity test, the tester paid for itself. I was able to quickly troubleshoot over 50 wire runs and found a few random crosses and a missed short or two; the visual representation made it damn easy. I then located several cables in a bundle with the tester and was very satisfied with how clearly the location function worked. Finally, I used the PoE feature to ensure the cameras and access points were properly powered before starting work. This tester did all the tasks presented in this project and I didn't even use all of its capabilities - an amazing test suite. at a great price!
