I like that we can track our customers in real time with their location via geofencing or beacons to show them relevant content at opportune times when they are most likely interested! It's not perfect but it works well enough so far which makes me happy because this was one of my main concerns about using such software/platforms as opposed to just relying solely upon traditional advertising methods (e-mailing lists etc.).
