The wall mount works well, nothing slides down (yet) and storage seems secure. My only suggestion for making this a 5 star product would be a small ledge to extend the spring loaded arms that hold your items in place. I have no problem loading or unloading the pen, but my wife does. She complains that the springs are too strong (and they should be). She can take things out of the organizer but let me put them back :). Instead of using the included hardware I used wall plate anchors which are a bit more durable. He's not going anywhere with six of them holding a mop and broom holder. We bought two organizers: one to mount behind the laundry/dirt facility door for mops, darts, floor brush and folding rule. The second will go to my garage to store the broom, brush, paint roller handles and mop. It's hard to tell from Revain's product photos, but there are also six fold-down hooks, they're not heavy but tend to be a good place to hang light items. If you're looking for a way to get similar items off the ground and out of corners, this item met my expectations and then several others.
