My son had a terrible diaper rash at kindergarten that we just couldn't get rid of. We have tried every imaginable cream, bath, tip and trick. Along the way, I was introduced to the Noleo line. It soothed his cracked, dry skin and made a HUGE difference in the healing process. I still use wet wipes for dirty poo, but now I will never go back to regular wipes.
