I have an old key that is sticky from being taped together for years because it is literally falling apart. It doesn't have a very long range so I decided to replace it with something newer. It couldn't maintain a stable connection just inches from my Switch Pro controller, where the old dongle still travels a few feet with ease. A bit further, the input is sometimes skipped. However, this completely resets the signal and I have to reset the controller to be able to continue playing. I'm using a hub connected to my keyboard that supports USB 3.0 and I know there are issues with that, but the old dongle works fine when plugged in. inside. I don't know if this is just an issue with newer bluetooth devices but I can't doubt if I have something that is almost 10 years old it costs me next to nothing, has no labels or markings because some are Fake literally glued together surpasses them. All I can think of is that I received a defective unit, so I sent it back for a while. If I try again I will update my review!
