unsteady for a jump box
DId not think this was at all steady for plyometrics - very soft, Tippy, Even holding a hand of an assistant , I took a nose dive when I hit the edge of the box. Nice and soft but I would ONLY suggest using for push ups, or sitting on it - do not buy for a jump box - Im a physical therapist - not safe for my clinic

- Can only be used for specific exercises and not versatile enough
