Review on Exacoo by Roberto Tucker

I had a negative encounter with Exacoo as a product manager. Despite being aesthetically pleasing and simple to use, their product assortment disappointed me. The choices were few and many of the items I was interested in were out of stock. In addition, the products I did obtain were of poor quality. Some of the products didn't perform as promised, and some weren't as useful as I had anticipated. I anticipated higher quality goods given the price range. Their dedication to sustainability, in my opinion, was missing. Although they do provide environmentally friendly goods, the variety is small, and it's unclear how much emphasis they place on sustainability in their general business operations. Finally, despite being friendly, their customer support staff disappointed me with their lack of expertise. I was frustrated because they couldn't give me the answers to some of my queries. Overall, Exacoo was a disappointing company, and I cannot endorse them to others. Although they may have potential, they must enhance their practices in terms of product selection, quality, and sustainability if they are to live up to the standards of discerning consumers.
