When I received the card, the plastic packaging looked like it had been opened. So I assumed it wasn't brand new because it wasn't meant to be open. I plugged it into my phone to move movies to it and got the error message 'move failed'. I put it in the computer to erase the folders and move the movies around manually and it kept telling me the card was write protected and there was no way to erase that when I tried to erase the folders delete (I did it as administrator). When I finally got the movies moved I put the card back in my phone and after installing it I got an error saying the card was corrupt and unreadable. I ended up having to format it and send it back saying I would get a refund instead of a replacement card. I'm not sure what the problem is but most likely I wouldn't buy from them again if they sell an open and write protected card that gets corrupted with use. I almost never leave a negative review but I'm disappointed because I really need an SD card for my phone and now I don't have one.
