I am 5"3 and weigh 130 lbs with a 36" bust. I normally wear a medium in most clothes, sometimes a small in pajamas. But I chose the medium in this nightgown and it fits perfectly. The fabric is so soft and flows/drapes beautifully. I have washed it twice in cold and tumble dried medium heat. Both times it has come out looking still brand new with no shrinkage. It doesn't twist or feel bulky while sleeping either. Perfect nightgown for summer and even into winter for some of us who like to sleep cooler. Would make the most excellent gift as well.
