the sound quality is much worse than other players i have had. The pen arrived damaged. After putting on a stylus from another turntable, I found that the arm doesn't automatically return at the end of an album. After reviewing and repeating the setup steps a few times, I called the manufacturer number listed in the owner's manual. The call was answered quickly but they only verbally told me the same steps I had read in the manual. You have sent a new needle, but the arm still does not return automatically. It's terrible because it scratches the edge of the label and the needle if you don't sit there and watch it. Because of these problems, I didn't even get to the software. Update after 3 months of ownership: After many attempts to fix the problem with no hand return and it crashed into my albums - I literally threw the player in the bin.
