Review on Hunter Fan Company 50391 Port Royale Ceiling Fan: LED Light, Remote Control, Natural Iron Finish (52-inch) by Mike Palma

I have installed over 25 ceiling fans in my life and this is by far the most time consuming and complex installation taking 2 hours. All other installations took 45 minutes. Wiring is tricky, and the bottom-fed linkage is so short that it's difficult to connect the fan. 50 screws are required for installation, and you need to unscrew the cover to change the bulbs or change the direction of the fan. The fan is noisy, probably due to the RF controller. I use it as a porch fan and had to turn the lights on and off with a home timer. Now I need to figure out how to do this as the installation guide doesn't give multiple connection options. Hunter used to be a big fan, but that's a step backwards of 30 or 40 years.
