Received headphones as a gift. But if I bought it myself, then I consider the price of 4000-4500 acceptable for them. Pros: Rock and vocals sound good, balanced weight distribution: they do not hang from side to side when worn. Microphone: the interlocutor always hears me perfectly, I talk on it on the street. And they charge quickly, in about an hour somewhere. Got cons: Soundproofing, low bass audibility, approximately like wired synheizers in the region of 2500. They hold little charge.
