I always had to watch my towel at the gym because I sweat A LOT but I had the idea to buy a couple of these and it was great. I don't have to waste time getting a towel or taking care of it. It is particularly pleasant when I train with my personal trainer; I pay a lot of money for these sessions and I hate wasting even a second of my time! I'm a woman and they fit my wrist well, I think they will stretch easily on a larger wrist.
