When I went to the vendor to make the pre-order payment, they requested to see my identification (a passport) before they would process the transaction. I returned home, gathered the necessary paperwork, and then purchased it; all that was required was a copy of my passport. We printed some documents on the printer, put our seal on them, and that was it; they didn't issue a receipt, but they said that we should expect you to come to us for a guarantee regardless. But, if there is a question about replacing the gadget with a new one, I believe there may be complications, and because of this, I will not verify that the device was purchased.
