Great system, excellent customer service! Everyone was very knowledgeable about their product as well as friendly & helpful when I had any questions along my way through this process of using BEBS (eventbrite). Nothing but good things here!! The staff really knows what they are talking ABOUT regarding our facility - nothing has been overlooked or left out in regards to helping us make sure we have everything covered before/after an order goes live. ! And even after it's too late sometimes. !! We love them so much because every person who works there can not give enough positive reviews. They truly do go above anything else possible if you're looking into the best catering companies available today. . !! The best thing about this software is that it has been able to create an ecosystem where all of us are working together. It does not have any feature which we wish doesn't exist but we can always request. This is one of the most powerful software in the market, if you're looking for something new then I highly recommend this software. We've enjoyed using this platform so far, it's easy to use and allows our staff to work from home without the hassle of running their own server.
