Review on Top-notch Comfort: Gold Toe Men's 656s Cotton Crew Athletic Socks, Multipairs by Joseph Hall

As already mentioned, the quality of Goldtoe has dropped significantly. I have worn gold toes for years and am happy with them, but now they are made differently and the lower quality is immediately noticeable. The tops are sewn on, making them slimmer and easier to unravel over time. The top is thinner with cheaper elastic. Heals are amplified less well. Knitting around the entire perimeter is thinner (that is, the number of threads is less). Consider them cheap imitations if the goldtoe doesn't return to its former quality. Can anyone recommend a current brand that compares to the old Goldtoe? I would happily pay more for a better sock.
