This is a very good bag for storing important documents. It has a beautiful and durable look with a zip closure that closes with a flap with two snaps for even more protection. The most important thing about this bag is that it is neither fireproof nor waterproof. It's designed to be "fire retardant" for a short time and waterproof on the outside, so it can protect contents from things like sprinklers (but won't protect against heavy water flow or water immersion).
