Pros: 1. easy to clean2. easy to work with 3. works on all types of stoves (so far I use it on induction and it works great. Not sure how it will work on gas stoves though) 4. looks great5 love frying pans (especially for eggs which are easy slide off the frying pan) Disadvantages: 1. Costs continue to rise. (To date, it's gone from $92 to $157 in just one month). I bought it for $130 which I think is a high price for a total of 5 utensils with no lids.2. INDUCTION - Cookware won't work on induction unless placed on an induction hob that matches the diameter of the pot or pan, which is a bit annoying3. Handles get hot even with induction. So I'm pretty sure it's going to be pretty damn awkward on gas stoves. Even the largest pot is relatively small. (You cannot cook for more than 4 people at the same time in the largest pot)5. Finally, the pots don't have lids, which is ridiculous for the price I paid for this set.
