I've only had them one day but they seem super fit and strong. If you're having trouble getting them in place like I did, you may need to remove the fasteners and then hammer them onto the mount with a rubber mallet. I installed the brackets and then tried to install them but couldn't get them to snap into place. I removed the brackets and used a rubber mallet to get them in place and then installed the bracket with the mandrel attached to the truck. A kind of pain I've already attached to the attachments on the truck. A 30 minute job became a 60 minute job. I really hope I never have to take my boots off for any reason.
