I bought these to keep my feet from drying out and cracking while working out in the garage. And that's exactly what they do. They allow enough heel piece to connect the wearer well to the ground/target. I throw 400 shots in one session and they offer the grip they claim. No falls or slips yet. They are hidden under the shin guard, allowing you to throw with over 80% power. Plus, once you put them on, your legs will never look cooler. CONS: They could use multiple color options and a different size category but this is an amazing product and definitely recommended for anyone getting high!
