The best part is everything! Their customer service has no faults!! I've been using them since 2013 as my own personal server and they always deliver excellent results without fail (even though it's sometimes expensive). Nothing in general - just that this host allows me to run multiple wordpress installations at once due their multiserver feature but only two domains can be hosted which could possibly drive away some users from switching over if you have more then 1 site running off one main domain e.g.:www.yourdomainexamplecom I like that Hostwinds has a really good customer service. They are always willing to help and respond to emails and tickets very quickly. They have a very good control panel. They are also very easy to use. I dislike that they don't have a free trial, so I had to pay for the first year. I also dislike that they have a really high bandwidth limit. I would say that if you are a beginner and don't know much about hosting, Hostwinds is a good service. I use Hostwinds to host my website.
