I like how simple it is to use. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. You are able to create multiple accounts for different team members that will access the system at the same time. Sometimes, if someone isn't familiar with the platform they can get lost and confused when trying to figure out what to do next. If you're looking for an affordable solution to track all of your facility's tasks this would be great. We have been able to keep track of all of our maintenance work orders, as well as customer requests. We also use it to track employee performance. It has helped us improve productivity by being able to see what each member needs to complete their task in a specific area.
