I wanted to love it my girl hates it

I've tried so many times to use it with my baby but she seems to hate it. It seems like a good idea and I thought it would be ergonomic and easy on my baby's back, but she can't use it for more than a few minutes :( maybe if your baby wears it from an early age? No after one few months it seems, well, but children are unpredictable.
