Review on KGYA by Marc Sortijas

Review: Regrettably, I have had a negative encounter with KGYA. I repeatedly tried to get in touch with their customer support department because I was having trouble with an order, but I never heard back. I was disappointed and irritated by the absence of follow-up and communication. Despite having a large selection of clothing, shoes, and jewelry, their subpar customer care has made me feel unsatisfied. I would really like to keep doing business with KGYA in the future, so I hope they can address this problem and enhance their customer care.
