The Ninja C60020 Foodi NeverStick Stainless 8-Inch Fry Pan is a great quality frying pan for the money, that really lives up to it’s billing as non-stick: easy to clean, and cooks food thoroughly. I’ve used it to make scrambled eggs, hash brown potatoes, chorizo and eggs, burgers, impossible burgers, sautéed vegetables, taco meat/crumbles, and gyoza/dumplings, and all came out perfect. Size is perfect if you have lids that fit medium sized pans (or use splatter-stoppers) - some lids i have for other pans fit this one perfectly. My only issue with it is that the handle does get pretty hot from the part nearest the pan, to the middle of the handle, if you have a decent flame going, so just make sure you have a potholder around.
