Not true to size for medical supplies and equipment

I measured both calves before ordering to make sure they fit. Unfortunately, the 26" size didn't fit. My calves were 21 and 22 inches. Unfortunately, I wore them on the flight and couldn't take them off. As a result, I was left with scars from where they dug into my leg. It might be worth ordering a size up.
