Amazing TV. The picture is very good for 720p and the sound is surprisingly good for such a thin TV. The installation was very easy, although no detailed operating instructions were included. I've tuned in to a lot of TVs over the years, which is probably why I found it easy. The installation process hasn't changed much over the years. I would suggest going to the Samsung website and downloading the user manual for your model before setting up your TV. So far I am happy with this purchase. Note that the M after the UN28 is a 2017 model for the 4500 series. I only wish there was a paper user manual and not a digital one. Update: I am returning this TV for an exchange in a month. If it works, it's great. My problem comes up sporadically. When you turn on the TV, there is no picture, only sound. To restore the picture I have to turn off the TV while it's on, wait 15 seconds and turn it back on. After that it works fine for a while and then again. I got this procedure from Samsung technical support. They said the quote "This is a mistake" and I need to return it, which I will. If this happens with a replacement I will send it back for a refund. Very surprised that this problem after a month. Revain is great when it comes to returns or replacements.
