Wife didn't care for this much. made her too hot. cover/fabric wasn't very soft/comfortable. and offered little support in the places she most desired (stomach and back). Manufacturer says 'stuffing' can be added for more support; but she didn't use it long enough to test that theory (though I honestly don't know how it could've made the back Less flexible/More sturdy. nor the stomach protrude more, as it is a preformed and sown shape and therefore would never protrude as much as she would have wanted).{The back is not attached to the lower portion of the pillow and thus it does not stay in place at all, giving little to no back support in the process; and effectively rendering it a useless waste of space on the bed -- The "belly bump" in the pillow, meant to add support for the stomach, is a frikkin' joke due to its size and offered minimal help, if any at all -- The only "pro" for this item was that it helped leg/hip soreness. though a normal pillow between the legs would've done the same, if not better. I would've rated this 2 stars, at best. but my wife wished 3 stars, despite all its flaws and using it less than 10 days.}
