I am a retired paramedic and needed a bag for my family car big enough to hold the basics: CPR mask, occlusive bandage, tourniquet, 4-5 gauze, a handful of these 4x4 bandages, 2 Israeli bandages, a pair of Celox combat gauze, a handful of ABD pads, a pair of SAM splints, 3-4 ties, airway and miscellaneous items such as band-aids and gloves. I had no intention of making a full trauma bag, blood pressure cuff, laryngoscope, etc. This pouch is the perfect size. The length and width are comparable to a very small computer bag. It ends up being about 4-5 inches thick and slips under the back seat of my Silverado with ease. It is well made and the inside pockets are well thought out. If you're looking for more than useless industrial first aid kits that you want to build yourself, this is a great bag. If you're looking for a complete injury bag, airway bag, etc., this one will fall short. Color aside (I have orange) this would be a great bag for a tactical medic.
