This year I used them on PCT with my Ultra Lone Peaks 4.0. So far I have ridden and used them from Kennedy Meadows to Kearsarge Pass and Independence. So about 90 miles to wear them. I'm not sure how many kilometers run in them. You've done the work. Better than micro spikes but not as good as full cats so make sure you understand this when you buy them. We used them when crossing the Forster Pass and they did their job. In this case it would have been better to have boots with me, but I did everything without problems. However, very patchy, I'm very glad that I never fell. I put holes in my boots because I wasn't careful enough to walk in them. Photos from Forester Pass in the Sierras on May 23rd of this year.
