I moved to a new part of the state and suddenly got frequent ear infections; 5 for 9 months. I did not know, what I should do. The doctor said that there is a lot of mold and pollen in the area and people who move here are prone to allergic reactions. I've never been allergic to anything in my life. I had a persistent ear infection the first day I got this in the mail but by the 2nd day of using this filter my ear started to hear better and it has been 5 months since my last ear infection. I can't do without this water filter.
