This cross-cut shredder is a beast! After I put it to the test shredding pages with staples paper clips, and even CDs, it tackled them all with ease. The 18-sheet capacity is perfect for our office needs, saving us time and reducing the number of times we need to empty out the bin .The VORTEX feature is impressive, ensuring everything is shredded thoroughly and securely. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy, but that's a small price to pay for such a powerful and reliable shredder.
