SA106 Evaluation: Low-Quality Goods and Frustrating Service

In my capacity as a SA106 client, I feel compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the company's products and service. I have been dissatisfied with my purchases of clothing, footwear, and jewelry from them on multiple occasions. To begin with, their goods are of low quality. The shoes I bought were uncomfortable and wore out fast, the clothes I bought were poorly sewn and fell apart after a few wears, and the jewelry I bought looked cheap and tarnished quickly. The products were obviously not well-made, and I regretted buying them. When I tried to contact customer care about this, I got a cold shoulder and a lack of assistance. They were slow to react to my emails and provided me with inadequate help when I finally did hear back from them. They obviously didn't care about keeping me as a customer or making sure I was happy with the service I received. Overall, I was very disappointed with SA106, and I would not suggest them to anyone in the market for high-quality apparel, footwear, or accessories. You should look elsewhere to spend your money.
