When measuring something like these thin straps you can either use "diameter” measurements (which is tricky as these straps are flexible) or you can flatten them and measure (which is actually 1/2 the circumference). The manufacturer states 20-100 mm. Of the 40 I received, the smallest was 15mm in diameter (flat 23mm) and the largest was 64mm in diameter (flat 100mm) so assume these are flat measurements. There were two bags of 20 straps each. Each was around 10-12 different sizes (although I didn't compare the two bags as the belt I wanted wasn't in either one, they were the same or very similar sizes).
