Moisture-less Wipes, A Big NO!

I bought these for my baby but was highly disappointed. After I put it to the test, the wipes seems to be completely moisture-less, leaving a chaffing feeling on my baby's skin. The packaging looks good, but the wipes are not as soft as it claims to be. I had to use more than two wipes to clean my baby and still no luck. The only pro is that the quantity is good, but it fails in its purpose of being a good baby wipe. I will not recommend it to anyone.
