I'm disappointed that I spent so much time installing these chains only to damage tons of window hinges. It wasn't just one or two, it was one link at a time. I didn't try too hard to put them on; Once a link broke I tried to be as careful as possible but the molded latches don't seem to have enough support. I bought these because of the good reviews but saw another customer had the same issue with the same chain size, 15mm x 30mm. I will not take any more chances with this company and will look for another company to replace them.
