Do not buy. So upset with the poor quality of this item I actually requested a $7 refund and now have to print the label, pack, ship it back etc etc. Normally I wouldn't ask for a refund or pay attention to it. . But this article was so bad that it would have been an insult to my intellect to pay for it. First, the top and bottom don't stick together, so anything inside, including water, falls out. The item will not work with large cages (the cages you would use for cockatiels, wizards, or other medium-sized birds). The grooves on the part that attaches to the cage are not deep enough for the bars. If you have time to attach, the flimsy handles won't hold the feeder. Thats so bad. It's useless unless you have a tiny cage with tiny pieces. Might work for a small finch or wren.
