Bright light. Very thin and light. As others have said, it doesn't turn on with the light switch - you have to turn on the switch and then press the button on the light. The installation instructions state that it is best used with a mounting clip - provides a place for light to dissipate heat. Not sure if this is required with the LED but wish there was a clip. Mine just arrived with an adhesive strip on the back. Also, there is no place to hide cables. The wires with the light are small and could be hidden behind them, but to attach them to the wires coming out of the wall there's just no place to hide them. Maybe if I had a clip. Spring.
