Very easy to assemble even with not always well-functioning hands. There is a small discrepancy in the length of the poles. Just enough so that it is not flush with the floor. So there is a wobble. If I want to put it on the floor I need to put something thin under one side to align it. Anyway, I put it on a stand so that bumps aren't a problem. It even looks very nice. Very spacious. I probably don't have as many shoes as most women, but I can put them all on the shelf where there's room for more, as well as my two big, outdated, big bags that I don't want to give away. Thumbs up for this purchase! If you don't mind the same wobbly problem, I would recommend this shoe rack. Very spacious and easy to set up.
