Review on ZeroWater ZJ-004S, 5-Gallon Refillable Filtered Water Cooler Jug, NSF Certified for Lead Reduction, Heavy Metal and PFOA/PFOS Removal by Kelsey Watson

I want to love my zero reusable water filter but 2/3 of the time I put water in it the valve just drains it over the whole floor. It caused me thousands of dollars in damage because I didn't realize it was happening for weeks. The valve in question is made out of cheap plastic and uses an inverted buoyancy cup to stop the flow of water, but because it's made out of cheap plastic it gets stuck and the water just overflows, overflows the dispenser and spills onto the floor. The good news is that it holds about a gallon and a half of water. The bad news is that you wake up in the morning to find 1.5 liters of water all over the kitchen.
