This is a great product! I bought this because I wanted to get my 6 month old baby out of my room but didn't feel comfortable not knowing if he was crying at night. Setting up the camera and monitor was easy and the instructions were clear. The picture quality is good for me, I can see my son perfectly and can even see where his nipple is in his crib (in day or night mode). The night vision of the camera is excellent, you can still see everything. I love that I can move the camera to see my toddler's bed or part of the room, I can see his window or bedroom door. That gives me a feeling of security. The monitor itself is easy to use and doubles as a stand or belt clip. The functions on the monitor are easy to understand, if you have any problems simply read the operating instructions and they will be explained there. I like lullabies on camera, at first I thought the sound was too low and my son wouldn't like it, but to my surprise, it helped him sleep several times. The two way speaker is a great feature that allows me to talk to my little one. The monitor is sound activated and works great, it wakes me up every night hearing my son making noises through the monitor. The only thing I didn't like about the camera was the way the cord dangled when attached to the wall. I would have liked the wire to be down where the light is so I could hide the wire better. However, if you're not mounting the camera, just mounting it on something, then that's not a problem. I would definitely recommend this camera and monitor to any parent or parent. It's a great, reliable system and I'm very happy with it.
