Our drill is a huge vintage piece that requires two hands for even the manly men of the house. I'm 5ft 3" and not nearly as strong so when I turned on one of these scrubbers to do some hard cleaning I got a bit of a go at first lol. And our damn drill doesn't even deal with that. stronger! It's just BIG! In any case, they worked very well! I'd love to try them again one day with a smaller, more modern drill press! :D It could be user error or a problem with our drill; One thing I wanted to mention just in case, the instructions for these scrubbers say - to prolong their life - to put the drill into reverse mode from time to time, but when I did that the supplied nozzle was unscrewed and over the heap thrown rooms! D: It was pretty scary so I just used it in normal forward mode until the end of the project. I mean these things are only $15 for a six pack - my security is worth a lot more! I cleaned my father's smoking area. It was THICK with spots. Almost 30 year old nicotine residue on linoleum, walls, everywhere! The before and after photos aren't quite as impressive as some people's photos, but even that little dent in the dirt lifted our spirits a bit. If you have a relatively large (but powerful) drill and a big cleaning project, give it a try!
