These are great hand exercisers/stress balls. They offer no resistance, but the soft, round grains/beads inside the ball are fun. I gave them an average rating for durability because the one I've been using for the last 3 months broke down - it felt like air or liquid had leaked out, but it never felt wet and I couldn't detect holes, so it was just something like collapsed or deformed. Then, shortly after, a small tear formed in the outer membrane and soft round pellets/spheres were scattered everywhere. What a mess. So if the ball looks crushed, throw it away!
