Review on 🍞 CasaWare Loaf Pan 9 x 5-Inch: Ceramic Coated Non-Stick Red Granite for Superior Baking by Helena Cheatham

UPDATE: I've made less than 10 banana loaves since I bought it last October, but the nonstick coating is visibly worn (rough to the touch). The handles are smooth, like new, but the inside has started to stick, despite oiling and careful maintenance every time. I try to just use a soft yellow sponge and soap each time to gently clean it and avoid anything hard. My bread/cake no longer falls out and sticks like it used to and is now difficult to clean. disappointed as I thought it would take a while. -------------- Perfect for my banana bread. Works so well and I no longer have a burnt crust. The coating is very easy to clean and does not stick. So far, so good.
