The color of the vinyl is difficult to describe but definitely not as light blue as the photo. The packaging was very very bad. Rolled tightly and sent in a package, so it will deform even more than usual. The vinyl should be almost foil-like and rolled up so tightly that it crumples as it unrolls. Most of the time I have to unroll all of this in a warm room so I can wrap it around my own cardboard tube again. Also, it's very thin, so check the cutting depth and pressure before cutting.
