The ability for candidates looking at multiple jobs in one place, allows them access when they need it most-right before their interview day/time! This makes all recruiting easier as we don't have time wasted searching through databases or emails from clients about availability during certain times (which happens often). There were very few things I disliked with this platform but none are really important enoughtakes some getting used too so make sure you do your research first if possible - there's definitely better out therI would say give recruit 24X 7a try once; not only willyou be able find applicants quickly &amp effectivelybut also get lots offollow ups back which helps build relationships wothourly customersand potential employers alike!!
